Personal training is expanding rapidly around the world. It is the only opportunity for us, coaches, to raise our qualification level, to learn to meet the requirements of a health coach. In this seminar, you will get to know how to conduct functional personal training, adapting to the needs of each client. A personal trainer must ensure that the exercises are performed correctly and safely. In the “Personal Trainer Level III” seminar, you will learn about regressions and progressions of functional exercises, using not only your own body weight, but also free weights (elastic bands, dumbbells, barbells, rings). You will get to know the principles of creating training programs and positioning of the coach, you will hear recommendations about sales of personal training.
The seminar is intended for personal trainers, group exercise instructors, health professionals, advanced clients who want to gain knowledge and learn to work personally with their clients, helping them achieve maximum results in a short time.
