
Personal training is rapidly expanding worldwide and provides coaches with the opportunity to enhance their qualifications and meet the standards of a health-focused professional. This module focuses on functional personal training, adapted to the individual needs of each client. Participants will learn to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively, using both bodyweight and resistance equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, rings, and elastic bands.
The module also covers exercise regressions and progressions, program design principles, client communication, motivational strategies, and the professional positioning of the trainer. Recommendations for personal training sales and client engagement are included.
This seminar is intended for personal trainers, group exercise instructors, health professionals, and advanced clientswho want to enhance their skills and deliver effective, personalized training programs.

Practical skills for fitness instructors – guidelines for resistance training.
Human movement and exercise techniques with kettlebells, dumbbells, elastic bands, rings, barbells, and other equipment.
Identification and correction of common exercise mistakes; safety and technique supervision.
Methodology for designing individualized personal training programs.
Lifestyle management and communication – motivational strategies and relationship building.
Group work – practical assignments and skill application.
Assessment Method:
Participants are assessed through practical evaluations during the seminar, observing exercise technique, program application, and client instruction. Theoretical understanding is assessed via online quizzes or written tests covering exercise principles, program design, and safety.
