The workshop is intended for trainers who want to conduct personal training not at the gym! During personal workout, you can train your clients in different ways: at home, in the park, in group sessions in the hall, in the gym. In a variety of strength exercises with the equipment, or just with your body weight, Pilates exercises or aerobics, swimming or playing tennis. But most important is to teach your clients to do the exercises correctly and in accordance with professional personal training methodology. You are not restricted, except for own customers wishes and demands. In this seminar, you will receive the knowledge about human anatomy, basic exercise technique.
