Aeromix Movement Weekend

Aeromix Movement Weekend – a weekend of inspiration, energy and new knowledge! It is an intense and inspiring event for fitness trainers and sports enthusiasts looking to develop and learn from top professionals. Participants will have the unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of movement, mobility, functional training and Pilates methodologies, as well as to take part in immersive hands-on sessions led by world-class experts. This is a great opportunity not only to hone your skills, but also to get up to date with the latest trends and be inspired for further professional development!

The event will be attended by exceptional guests – some of the most sought-after speakers in Europe with many years of experience in the wellness field: Lorenzo Sommo (Italy) and Maximilian Stohr (Italy). Experienced Lithuanian trainers Agnė Buta and Agnė Danylė will also share their knowledge and years of experience.

DAY ONE – Workshop, 27 September (Gym Plus)

Do you want to experience what trainers from all over Europe flock to their workshops and conventions for? This September, the talented Italians Lorenzo Sommo and Maximilian Stohr are coming to us, and they will captivate and inspire all the participants by spreading good energy!

Workshop lesson description:

PILATES & SOFT BALL (Maximilian Stohr)

This Pilates class with balls is a unique way to strengthen muscles, develop coordination and improve flexibility. The soft, small ball provides extra resistance and balance, helping to engage the deep muscles more effectively, especially the core muscles. The workout includes a variety of exercises aimed at improving body stability, posture and awareness. We invite you to try this dynamic workout and experience a new dimension of Pilates with balls!

PILATES & MAGIC CIRCLE (Maximilian Stohr)

The Pilates ring lesson will bring a new level of intensity to your workout. These special rings will help you to further activate your muscles, strengthen the centre of your body and improve your movement control. The exercises with the rings will not only help you to strengthen your muscles, but also to develop flexibility and coordination, giving your body more stability and endurance.

FUNCTIONAL STEP (Lorenzo Sommo)

Strength, coordination and rhythm in one workout! Lorenzo Sommo presents Functional Step, an innovative combination of functional exercises and a step platform that will help you develop endurance, improve body control and strengthen your muscles. It’s an energetic and dynamic class that not only provides a physical challenge, but also new workout ideas.

FUNCTIONAL TONE & STRENGTH (Lorenzo Sommo)

Discover new ways to make the most of your body. This class is designed for those who want to strengthen their body, develop muscle tone and improve their overall physical condition using free weights. The class focuses on a combination of functional movements and strength exercises that not only help to shape the lines of the body, but also to improve the efficiency of daily activities. It is a great way to strengthen muscles, improve balance and endurance.

DAY TWO – EVENT, 28 September at the Vilnius Grand Resort, Ežeraičių gtv.2, Vilnius district, 13 km from Vilnius city centre.

This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best, make new acquaintances and try out the most advanced training methodologies. The programme is tailored for all levels of participants, from beginners to advanced, so everyone will find a challenge and new opportunities to grow.

Lesson descriptions:

LENGTHEN & STRENGTHEN (Agnė Danylė)

This is a calm but challenging workout combining dynamic and static flexibility exercises with strength and balance elements. The workout uses a variety of flexibility training techniques to improve passive and active amplitude, strengthen the whole body and improve body awareness.

MOBILITY FLOW (Agnė Buta)

This class is for those who want to improve their body flexibility, range of motion and joint mobility. This class uses smooth, stretching and movement exercises to relax muscles, improve posture and body control. Mobility Flow not only improves everyday mobility, but also helps to reduce the risk of injury and tension in the body by promoting ease and freedom of movement.

PILATES CHOREOGRAPHY (Maximilian Stohr)
A Pilates class for those who want more dynamic and intense movement. This is a class that will make you sweat, and you will feel how Pilates exercises can be presented as an energetic, dynamic, flowing transitions from one exercise to the next, intense muscle strengthening and stretching class for advanced.

NATURAL MOVEMENTS (Lorenzo Sommo)

This programme is designed to help you master skills that improve active mobility. It is based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates mat exercises, PNF techniques, dancer floor techniques and other techniques. The aim is to help participants develop strength and flexibility while enhancing body awareness and centre control.

TRAINING REVOLUTION (Lorenzo Sommo)

This is a functional training class performed with only your own body weight, based on music and without any additional tools. It combines functional movements performed both standing and on the floor and shows that our body alone is enough to perform an intense and comprehensive functional workout.
