I am a responsible, goal-oriented person, enthusiastic about learning new things, I enjoy communicating with people, working in a team, and helping people achieve their goals and ideas.

Education and qualifications:
1996 – 2000 Vilnius Pedagogical University. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and qualification as a teacher of physical education and sports trainer (aerobics) in general education.

2000 – 2002 Vilnius Pedagogical University. Master’s degree in Sport and teacher qualification.

On 18-12-2002, the Commission for the Certification of Teachers awarded the qualification of senior teacher of physical education.

2010-12-22 The Commission for the Certification of Teachers awarded the qualification category of teacher of physical education methodologist.

Since 2004 I have participated in many aerobics conventions in Lithuania as a spectator and as a presenter, I have been improving my qualifications in various fitness trainings (aerobics, step aerobics, dance, strength, pilates, functional fitness improvement, body balance and other seminars and courses, which were organized by both Lithuanian and European fitness school teachers and world specialists.

Work experience:
Teacher of physical education and sport since 1998.

Fitness group instructor, personal trainer, nutritionist, discus trainer since 2003.

Other information:
Physical education and sports teacher at Vilnius Traku Voke gymnasium since 1998.

2001 – 2008 Member of the Council of Vilnius Traku Voke Community „Versmė”.

Since 2002 founder and president of the sports club „Vorai” (discus), coach and
player.

1997 – 2001: Participant of various Lithuanian and Baltic sports aerobics championships
and prize-winner

2002 – 2004 I was temporarily Deputy Headmaster of Vilnius Trakai Voke Secondary School

2005-2014 President of the Lithuanian Flying Disc Federation, organizer and participant of many seminars promoting flying disc sports and healthy lifestyle, coach and player of Lithuanian national teams, organizer and implementer of projects promoting active lifestyle among youth.

Since 2014 member of the Board of the Lithuanian Flying Disc Federation.
