Karin Lerche Jensen (Denmark)

A glimpse into the life of…

With a background in gymnastics and later in Pilates, Karin has always had a natural interest in movement and the human body’s true potential. From the age of 15 she started teaching and has always had a desire for sharing her interest and passion with others which has led to teaching a diverse range of people over the years – from babies and their mothers to teens and adults.

She has taken the interest of the human body even further and graduated as a chiropractor as well as  nutrition therapist which has devoted her to help people optimizing their wellbeing and vitality.

The first Anatomy Trains in Motion course with Karin Gurtner was sort of a revelation to her and when she started reading the Anatomy Trains book, she found a lot of the answers she was missing regarding movement, treatment and the body’s interconnectedness. Anatomy Trains and Slings Myofascial Training has changed her own practice, her movement teaching and her chiropractic treatments.

Her other lifelong devotion goes to her two little girls and husband with whom she lives in Odense, Denmark.
