Personal Trainer. Level II.

Functional training is based on real-life movements. Functional training is characterized by a complex and holistic approach to the body, so the training always combines the components of strength, endurance, stability and mobility. During the seminar, great attention will be paid to the concept of functional training and the peculiarities of functional training. After clarifying the goals of the training, we will get to know the patterns of movements, analyzing the technique of performing the exercises, we will perform practical tasks in groups and individually. Functional exercises load more than one muscle group at the same time, which is why they are particularly effective in achieving quick results. We will learn to perform exercises correctly using only our own body weight, we will learn how to adapt them to clients, taking into account the needs and capabilities of each person.

The seminar is intended for individuals who want to conduct personal training, advanced clients who want to acquire specialized knowledge.

Education ,,Personal Trainer” will conduct a professional personal trainer, teacher – Andrius Česnauskas
