Strength lesson’s rudiments

It is not a secret, that strength lessons today are very popular, however, truth is that there is a lot to be learnt before performing these lessons! This seminar will be useful to everyone, because training will be based on correct knowledge, right methods, and professionalism. The aerobics instructor just like a doctor must know a lot to prevent harmful mistakes! We will teach how to prepare strength exercises so that there is a harmonic balance between strength, coordination, and movement. You will further your knowledge about muscle functions, hearth and vein systems’ activity. You will work in groups using various inventory and learn correct performance technique of exercises, which is very useful to all of us!

Seminars are held in Lithuanian language.

1st day

09:00 – 09:30 Registration.
09:30 – 10:30 Types of music. Individual/Group instructions.
10:30 – 13:00 Human anatomy and functional muscle anatomy. Muscles, bones, joints. Their classifications.
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch break.
14:00 – 16:00 Basic movement performance technique. Strength exercise catalog, exercise routine principles.
16:00 – 16:45 “BODY SCULPT MASTER CLASS I” lesson.
16:45 – 17:00 Lesson analysis. Assignments.
17:00 – 18:00 Consultations.

2nd day

Time Title
09:00 – 10:00 Theory overview. Questions-Answers. Strength lesson’s structure, goals.
10:00 – 11:00 Breathing, hearth, and vein systems’ activity.
11:00 – 12:00 Stretching physiology. Proper physical load implementation.
12:00 – 12:30 Command performance skills in strength lessons. Connecting exercises. Work in groups. Safety
12:30 – 13:00 Lunch Break
13:00 – 14:00 Functional strength principles, specifics, structure
14:00 – 15:00 “FUNCTIONAL TRAINING MASTER CLASS II” lesson.
15:00 – 16:00 Assignments, work in groups. Seminar discussion. Certificate awarding.
16:00 – 17:00 Consultations.
