The seminar is intended for aerobics and fitness instructors, physiotherapists, health professionals, advanced clients. Pilates method was created by the author J.H.Pilates and it is becoming increasingly popular in today’s world. Exercise can be applied to rehabilitation, into health clubs, workplaces, and athletes training. Each exercise can teach how to make movements and how to know your body; each exercise can amplify your strength, flexibility, improves posture and coordination. During the Pilates Matwork Intermediate program trainers will learn the correct arrangement of parts of the body during exercise, principles and philosophies of Pilates, anatomy and biomechanics of movements. Trainers will learn variations of exercises and how this exercises to adjust to different people, how to create a plan of lesson and how to make right practice. The purpose of Pilates Matwork Intermediate seminar is to teach ordinary man to make safe exercises on the mat.
Training courses will be coaching LSU Associate Professor Kristina Zaičenkovienė (Lithuania).
Attention! Who intend to participate in the seminar “Pilates Matwork Intermediate”, we recommend to have a basic seminar „Pilates exercises Anatomy“ certificate.
Seminars are held in Lithuanian language.
