PERSONAL TRAINER. Theoretical and practical fitness trainers course to get European coach licence and culture and sport activities authorization (Physical Education and Sports Department, “KKSD”).
In this course you will gain a dual license – a European (EUROEDUCATION), valid throughout all Europe, as well as physical education and sports activities permit (Department of Physical Education), issued by the Lithuanian Sports department, valid in Lithuania.
Training takes place in mixed-mode: workshops (Personal Training Level I, Personal Training Level II, Personal Trainer Level I, Personal Trainer Level II), and remote theoretical training.
If you made a decision to pursue a personal trainer career, keep in mind that you have to invest a lot of time and money to become successful. Customers want to practice with a trainer who is knowledgeable and experienced in their craft, so it is very important to take the necessary steps to fulfill your desire.

1. Those who want to work in a gym as trainers or personale trainers.
2. Trainers wishing to deepen their knowledge.
3. Sports clubs customers, who want to meet trainers job principles, methods and training specifics.
4. Health professionals, physical education teachers who need to improve their knowledge.
5. People wishing to carry out sports activities but do not have special education.
6. Those who wish to work abroad (EU countries and others).

Structure of basic workshop cycle “Personal trainer” :
Theoretical lectures. Distance Learning.
Workshop No. 1, “Personal Training. Level I (2 days)

Workshop No.2, Evaluation of the posture. Testing (2 days)
Workshop No.3, Personal Training, Level II (2 days)
Workshop No. 4, “Personal trainer at the gym.” (2 days)

What certificate I will get? When I will gain permission to train?
After each workshop will be issued Euroeducation Level B listening course certificates. After completing all the basic series of seminars, altogether 4 workshops (8 days), and passed the theory test remotely, you will have the opportunity to make an exam to obtain a license. The exam consists of a practical part and a theoretical test, evaluation criteria and requirements will be presented during the workshops. The participant who successfully passed the exam acquire Euroeducation Level B license, which is valid throughout Europe, and licence of Physical Education and Sports Department (KKSD), which is valid in Lithuania.

    Svetlana Pugacheva (Russia)

    Svetlana is a professional fitness trainer who has won multiple fitness and bodybuilding titles both in Europe and worldwide. Over the course of years Svetlana has gained an enormous amount of experience in fitness (23 years). Graduated from an educational university with a degree in Physical Education. Has been actively involved in a wide array of sports – figure skating, choreography, basketball, track athletics, rowing, badminton. She is a Candidate of Master of Sports in track athletics and badminton.

    Currently Svetlana enjoys professional success and currently holds an important position at “TSP Fitness” company in Moscow. She is also a vice-president and director of technical committee at World Fitness Federation (WFF) in Russia. She also is a director of Panatta Sport Club in Moscow.

    Svetlana has founded “Champions School” program where she leads trainings for fitness instructors and is also an author of numerous sports articles and programs.

  • Dainius Barzinskas (Lithuania)

    Dainius Barzinskas (Lithuania)

    Graduated from M.K.Ciurlionis gymnasium of Art and won numerous awards as a soloist and grand piano player. He also tried himself in such fields like cycling sport and tourism. Eventually he became interested in fitness and weight training. In 1999 he obtained a trainer’s license. In 2000 he passed Lithuanian Bodybuilding Association courses and started working as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Recently Dainius has been preparing athletes for fitness and bodybuilding competitions. He also participates is some of these competitions himself. In 2006 he was awarded a medal for sports achievements internationally for Lithuania (the only bodybuilding professional who was honored. Horoded by Lithuanian Physical Education and Sports Department). In 2006 Dainius became an absolute champion and moved to “WABBA Federation” professional league, where he placed 4th in Europe and 5th globally.

    2 place in the adult category, Lithuanian Cup 1995.
