About Anatomy Trains

We are pleased to offer exclusive Anatomy Trains in Training (AT in T) course for the first time in the Lithuania.

Mapped by author and body worker Thomas Myers in the 1990’s, Anatomy Trains links individual muscles into functional wholes to improve therapeutic and training outcomes. The Anatomy Trains company offers courses worldwide to diverse health professionals, physical therapists, personal trainers, massage therapists, athletes and coaches, Pilates and yoga teachers, chiropractors and osteopaths – anyone interested in effecting lasting changes in body structure and movement through updating their idea of how the body regulates its biomechanics. Anatomy Trains also offers courses in dissection, as well as certification in Structural Integration through its flagship.
