“I want people to become addicted to sports. If you want to feel and look good, you need time and patience because you will have to change your lifestyle. You won’t achieve impressive results with exercise alone; you’ll have to adjust your diet. However, you don’t have to become a monk, because exercise should be enjoyable,” says personal trainer Tadas Pocius.
Tadas graduated from Vilnius University of Education with a bachelor’s degree in physical education and completed a command course at the Military Academy. A personal trainer with many years of experience, he is constantly improving his skills through various training courses, reading reports, and sharing his best practices. “I like to set ambitious goals and achieve them with my clients. What seemed impossible to some a few years ago is now completely normal,” says the trainer.
T. Pocius practiced judo as a child, is a multiple Lithuanian junior and youth judo and sambo champion, and has also won the Irish Open Championship.
