With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Remo works as an international master trainer and instructor for DEEPWORK and BODYART.

He is the owner of a fitness studio in Ulm/ Germany and works successfully as a personal trainer.

Remo is a welcome presenter at conventions in many different countries.

In his classes you will find a New Access to your own Body. Every Class is Well Balanced between the Polarities of the yin and the Yang Power. You will find athletic and powerfull movements as well as the energetic and mindfull aspects in his classes. At the end you will do a wholistic functional workout.
