She has lectured to students at the Kazakh Academy of Physical Education and at seminars for improving the qualifications of coaches. She is the author of two methodological publications and 40 articles.
Under the Erasmus exchange program, she has lectured at the Riga Academy of Physical Education (Latvia), the University of Bologna (Italy), and the University of Granada (Spain). She conducts research together with sports scientists from Gdańsk and Szczecin.
Subjects taught at the university: anatomy, physiology, physiology of sports movements, sports nutrition. She leads seminars for coaches, lectures at coach qualification improvement courses, and presents at international scientific conferences.
Eglė develops and coordinates international projects related to sports, physiotherapist, the physical and functional capacity of physically active children, and the body’s adaptation to physical exertion. She is interested in the links between maturity and the physical development and physical capacity of children/adolescents, the nutrition of athletes, and the influence of physiotherapist on posture and muscle balance.
