Aušra Grabliauskaitė (Lithuania)

Aušra Grabliauskaitė is a certified Pilates instructor leading individual and group training sessions both on the mat and with specialized Pilates equipment (Reformer and others). With over 23 years of practical experience and continuous professional development, she ensures a high methodological standard, safety, and an individualized approach for every client.

Her sports career began during her university studies and has been consistently developed ever since. In her professional work, she combines responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate, creating a safe, structured, and result-oriented training environment. She continuously deepens her knowledge not only in sports but also in related fields, allowing her to integrate the latest methodologies and maintain a high professional standard. She is distinguished by her creativity, quick thinking, openness to innovation, and ability to adapt to the diverse needs of her clients.
