Andrius Česnauskas (Lithuania)

No animal has as many different physical abilities as humans: running, swimming, climbing, crawling, diving, crawling and others. Humans can survive in different climate zones: cold, heat, humidity, drought, mountains, and water, eating animal and plant foods, both cooked and uncooked. Humans are universal. And you?” asks Andrius Česnauskas rhetorically.

Andrius is the founder of the Movement Lab sports studio and a personal trainer. He is interested in the latest trends in movement training and takes a comprehensive approach to developing people’s physical abilities and changing their lifestyles. He has attended over 80 seminars and has more than 14,000 hours of experience working with personal clients. He has worked with Žydrūnas Savickas’ trainer Stasys Česnauskas. Since 2006, he has been a combat and physical training specialist in the Lithuanian army, having graduated from the military academy. He is a multiple participant and prize winner in multisport competitions (mini EKO marathon, adventure races, Nykštietiškas triathlon, Vilnius Challenge, Strong Race (Latvia). He participated in a mission in Afghanistan.
