Agnė Danylė (Lithuania)

Agnė Danylė has a Master of Sports at the Lithuanian University of Sport with more than 20 years of experience in group and personal training. She is constantly deepening her knowledge in various seminars, interested in the latest training trends and scientific achievements in the field of sports. She actively participates in conventions, sports events and projects to improve her qualifications and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Agnė currently works at Gym+ sports clubs, where she not only leads group and personal training sessions, but also acts as a mentor for the group training team. She delivers training, develops new training programmes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency of workouts in the country’s largest network of fitness clubs across Lithuania. In every workout, Agnė applies the latest knowledge about sport, fitness and healthy lifestyle to ensure that every movement is purposeful, safe and effective. Her goal is to help people not only discover the joy of movement, but also to achieve tangible results.
