“Numerous studies have been conducted on each eating pattern. They all have their positive and negative characteristics, so there is no single answer as to which eating habits are more important,” says the dietitian and co-founder of ID clinic.
In addition to his knowledge gained through studies and clinical experience, Edvardas also works with athletes, including high-level athletes and coaches working in the field of health. He works as a dietitian at a university hospital. In 2016-2017, he provided nutritional advice for the social project “Fithelp,” and since 2017, he has been a member of the fact-based training project “EBTofficial” and a dietitian at the sports and wellness club “ALFASTEPS.” In 2016, he participated in the GlobalSurg2 project “Determining the worldwide epidemiology of surgical site infections after abdominal surgery,” which brings together surgical scientists from around the world. In 2015, he obtained a certificate in surgical skills training.
