Jaime Polanco Pérez-Llantada (Spain)

Jaime Polanco Pérez-Llantada is a physical therapist and a Feldenkrais Method Trainer. He lives and runs his private practice in Madrid, Spain. He studied Physical Therapy at the Complutense University of Madrid (2002) and graduated as a Feldenkrais practitioner from the first professional training program in Madrid (2014), under the educational direction of Paul Newton and organized by the Instituto Feldenkrais España. After graduating, he began working with the Feldenkrais Method in both group and individual formats, as well as leading workshops, giving lectures, and teaching in university Master programs.
Over the years, he has continued to deepen his knowledge by repeating a training programs as a mentor and participating in hundreds of hours of advanced training and study groups.
After working in 21 different training programs across Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, China and Mexico, he certified as a Trainer in May 2026. He combines a deep commitment to continuous learning and international experience with the youth and energy needed to share the Feldenkrais Method worldwide. Being the first Spanish to achieve Trainer status, Jaime embodies a commitment to being a pioneer and opening up new opportunities for those around him.
He is known for his approachable nature, joy, honesty, and clear teaching style. He believes that adaptability and a good sense of humor are powerful accelerators for learning.

● Assisted in 21 training programmes under the supervision of 10 Trainers and 5 Educational
Directors, accumulating a total of 441 days across Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastián, Lisbon,
Stockholm, Milan, Shanghai, Moscow, Ljubljana, Beijing and Querétaro
● Led three in-depth FI exploration workshops for third- and fourth-year training students at
the Feldenkrais Institute of Spain (Online).
● Mentored Feldenkrais practitioners in the development of their teaching approach,
workshop design, and understanding of Moshe Feldenkrais’ source materials.
