In the online workshop you will see dynamic stretch, pilates, dynamic postural, body in action, slow dance workout. The guests will be professional teachers from abroad, the most sought-after speakers in Europe with many years of experience in fitness – Alessandro Muo (Italy), as well as trainers-experts from Lithuania, Ireland will share their years of experience – Agne Buta and Joana Malakauskiene.
This video seminar is a great opportunity to improve and reach the highest level in your training practices. The programme is balanced to meet the needs of participants of different levels of preparation, from beginners to advanced, a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge and skills, and will appeal to everyone, both experienced and sports enthusiasts, who want to feel their body better, take deeper breaths and relax.

FUNCTIONAL STEP (Alesandro Muo)
Functional bodyweight training using the Step platform. Designed to music but focuses on functional progression from basic movements to integrated ones. This method is easy to use without music to create easy to difficult sequences based on the natural progression of functional movements.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (Alessandro Muo)
A method of strength training using additional equipment, free weights, focused on developing movement skills to maintain balance between muscle circuits. High intensity training will be sought through body awareness, the relationship between synergists and antagonists.
Flow PILATES (Joana Malakauskiene)
Combining grace, dynamics and strength of movement into one whole, using the most important principles of Pilates methodology: control, breathing, plasticity, activation of the centre of the body muscles. Gain new skills in Joanna’s Pilates class!
BODY IN ACTION (Alessandro Muo)
Functional training using only your own body weight, choreographing a sequence of 32 moves to develop balance, coordination, strength, joint flexibility, body control and a functional approach.
STRETCH FOR STRENGTH (Alessandro Muo)
We will work on flexibility, joint flexibility, strength by performing various movements while standing and sitting on a mat, with slow music.
YOGA DANCE (Agnė Buta)
The class consists of stretching, functional exercises to develop mobility. Each movement is choreographed in a sequence, like a continuous dance of functional exercises and dynamic movements. Agnė knows how to surprise, so we invite you to try it out!
