Personal Training Level III

Personal training is growing rapidly around the world. We, trainers, have got the only one option to raise our level of qualification, learning to meet the educational needs of fitness. In this workshop, you will learn how to conduct a personal workout at the gym, adapted to each customer’s needs. A personal trainer must ensure the exercises are performed correctly and safely. You have to be prepared and educated to deal with various situations related to human health. During the seminar you will gain the necessary practical and theoretical knowledge in working with benches, you will have the opportunity to do exercises with benches!

The workshop Personal Training Level III will be conducted by a professional bodybuilder, personal trainer, sports nutrition consultant Andrius Česnauskas (Lithuania).

The workshop is intended for all fitness trainers, group exercise instructors, health professionals who want to learn how to work with his clients personally and to help them in the short term to achieve maximum results.

Seminars are held in Lithuanian language.

1st day

Time Description Lesson Format
9:30-10:00 Registration.
10:00-13:00 Recommendations, when you work with clients in the gym. What clients need and expecting. First personal workouts.
Introduction of practice: objectives and tasks. Warm up. Clients physical condition rating.
Introduction of practice: objectives and tasks. Clients physical condition rating, introductory workout, testing, goals and posture determination. Continuation.
13:00-14:00 Lunch.
14:00-16:30 Trainings goals and objectives. Training types. Training guidance principles.

2nd day

Time Description Lesson Format
10:00-13:00 Individual training practice at the gym. Benches / free weights. Cardio machines.
Basic exercises on benches. Exercise technique and recommendations of making exercise, detection of mistakes and mistakes correction. Prevention of injuries.
Basic exercises on benches. Exercises technique, guidelines, mistakes detection and correction. Injury prevention. Continuation.
13:0014:00 Lunch.
14:00-16:45 Conection of effective training and regular dietary. A sensible diet and nutritional supplements. Introduction.
Advice of workshop. Certificats awards.
