This workshop is intended for trainers who want to conduct personal training not at the gym! During personal workout, you can train your clients in different ways: at home, in the park, in group sessions in the hall, in the gym ….. in a variety of strength exercises with the equipment, or just with your body weight, Pilates exercises or aerobics, swimming or playing tennis, but most important is to teach your clients to do the exercises correctly and in accordance with professional personal training methodology. You are not restricted, except for own customers wishes and demands. In this seminar, you will learn how to conduct a personal workout using the training program and you will be able to adapt your knowledge to each client demands.

    Svetlana Pugacheva (Russia)

    Svetlana is a professional fitness trainer who has won multiple fitness and bodybuilding titles both in Europe and worldwide. Over the course of years Svetlana has gained an enormous amount of experience in fitness (23 years). Graduated from an educational university with a degree in Physical Education. Has been actively involved in a wide array of sports – figure skating, choreography, basketball, track athletics, rowing, badminton. She is a Candidate of Master of Sports in track athletics and badminton.

    Currently Svetlana enjoys professional success and currently holds an important position at “TSP Fitness” company in Moscow. She is also a vice-president and director of technical committee at World Fitness Federation (WFF) in Russia. She also is a director of Panatta Sport Club in Moscow.

    Svetlana has founded “Champions School” program where she leads trainings for fitness instructors and is also an author of numerous sports articles and programs.

Advantages and disadvantages of a fitness trainer at work: work specifics and differences, working with different groups of people (businessmen, housewives, students, pensioners and others).


11:00 - 12:00

Psichologiniai aspektai dirbant su klientais: lengvas klientas, sunkus klientas, pastovus klientas. Kaip teisingai parinkti treniruotę klientui.


12:00 - 13:00

Psychological of working with customers aspects: simply cliente, difficult client, regular client. How to choose the right training to the client.




14:00 - 15:00

Theory and methodology of fitness training: training features of different age categories of people.


15:00 - 17:00

Fitness workout guidance technology: fitness testing. Ability to perform basic mandatory testing. Strength training, endurance training, cardio-training, training for children.The main strength endurance, flexibility, balance, posture correction exercises and technique, using a variety of inventory (elastic bands, “step” platforms, gymnastic balls, burdened balls, weights, etc.). Practice in pairs and groups.

Fitness workout features: training features of different ages of people. Flexibility. Anatomy and physiology. Balance, flexibility, stretching workouts. Working with health problems having people.


11:00 - 13:00

Training cycle features: planning and development of short and long term training programs

Fizinio krūvio ir mitybos derinys siekiant skirtingus tikslus: maistinės medžiagos fitneso mityboje. Subalansuotos mitybos racionas ir rekomendacijos.


15:15 - 16:30

Exercise and nutrition combination to get different purposes: fitness nutrition. Balanced nutrition and diet recommendations.Guidance plan of training for different clients, depending on the age and physical condition (by using a variety of inventory: gymnastic balls, jump rope, weights, body bars, TRX etc.)


16:30 - 16:45

Feedback of workshop. Euroeducation certificates awards.

Workshop will be held in the russian language, but you will get lithuanian translation.
